How do I receive my purchase?

All our manuals are in digital format (PDF, HTML, SOFTWARE) depending on your purchase. Once you make your purchase, you will receive a download link to your email instantly. However, there are some products that are not loaded in the database, these take between 12 to 24 hours to be sent to your email.

Physical product deliveries take 2 to 5 business days.

What are the payment methods?

If you are in Chile, common payment methods are Bank Transfer, Paypal.

And with Paypal which applies to all countries.

How long will it take to receive the download link in my email?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant email with the download link for your product. However, there are some products that are not loaded in our database, these take between 12 to 24 hours to be sent to your email.

Exchanges and returns

Digital Product:

If you have downloaded your Product within 10 days and are not satisfied, we can offer you any other Product for the same price.

In the event that the product received by the customer is different from the one purchased, we undertake to make the change immediately.

Physical Product:

- Legal Guarantee As provided by the Consumer Law, all new products have a legal guarantee which is valid for the first three months from the receipt of the same and applies only in cases of manufacturing defects or when the product does not comply with the characteristics offered. If this is the case, the customer can go to the Manuales De Taller Chile store and enter the product only for evaluation purposes by the technical service with a Service Order to verify that the defect is a manufacturing defect and does not correspond to another cause. In the event that the diagnosis determines that the product defect is covered by the guarantee, it will operate under the terms contemplated by the law.

-Refunds, changes or repairs of products will be made, following diagnosis and certification by the technical service of Manuales De Taller Chile or the one designated by it, which establishes that the fault is covered in accordance with the provisions of each policy or the Consumer Law. For example, and without prejudice to the provisions of each policy or the law, faults attributable to physical damage or attributable to the action or misuse of the client, as well as loss of information contained in storage media, will never be covered.

-At the time of purchase, the customer understands and accepts that guarantees will only be made effective after a diagnosis by the authorized technical service, the technical service of Manuales De Taller Chile or the one designated by it, as the case may be.

-The legal guarantee periods are counted from the date of purchase of the product. This is the case unless the delivery is deferred, in which case the period is counted from the receipt of the product.

-The guarantee does not include transportation costs. Any shipping costs or expenses incurred by the customer to make a guarantee effective will be their own responsibility.

Please keep the labels, packaging, invoices and return the product in perfect condition. Do not mistreat the product, test it on clean surfaces and make sure not to cause any damage. It is very important that you take these recommendations into account, since if the product shows signs of use or mistreatment, the return will not proceed and the product will be re-sent.

-If your product has a manufacturer's warranty, the term of that warranty will apply, if said term is longer. However, if the product is perishable or is naturally intended to be used or consumed within a short period, the return period will be the one printed on the product or its packaging or, failing that, it will be 7 days. All these periods will be suspended for the time in which the product is being repaired in exercise of its warranty, and until its repair is completed.
